What we can help with

• Which rug pad size fits your rug, if you tell us the rug measurements.
• Which packing cube set suits a trip, if you tell us the days and the bag.
• Whether a shower head fits a standard US arm (they do; the exceptions are the interesting part).
• A count, a size or a price on this site that looks wrong.

What we cannot help with

Orders. We do not take payment, hold stock or ship parcels, so we cannot see an order, change an address or process a return. That is handled where the order was placed.

Replies

A person answers, which means it can take a couple of days. A question with the measurements in it gets a useful answer much faster than one without.
